We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. After payment approval, most orders are shipped within 3 business days on in stock items. Mariana Home is not responsible for any costs associated with shipment delays. We strongly suggests that any professional services required to install your product(s) not be scheduled until your order has arrived and been inspected.
Mariana Home will only ship orders to the 48 continental states of the United States of America and Alaska & Hawaii (additional charges required for Alaska & Hawaii). Contact a representative at 1-888-514- 1292 to inquire about shipping outside of the United States.
All orders over $99.00 qualify to ship for free via UPS or Federal Express Ground (FEDEX). Premium shipping charges, freight shipping charges, and/or handling fees may apply to certain oversized or fragile items. These items will be charged based on the weight of the item, the size of the box, and the final destination. Delivery can take from 1 to 10 business days depending on the final destination of where the product is being delivered.
For items delivered via UPS/FEDEX, if the item you received is damaged please DO NOT refuse delivery. Refusal of delivery may cause further damage or the shipment to be lost, possibly resulting in delayed compensation or no compensation at all. Accept delivery and contact a customer service representative at 1-888-514-1292 to report the damage.
Large and Oversized items may require that they are shipped via truck freight. Items that must be shipped via truck freight will direct you to call our toll free number 1-888-514-1292 to receive a quote on charges for shipping.
You will be contacted to set up a delivery time and must be present to receive and inspect the item(s). At time of delivery, the driver will require that you inspect the condition of the shipment and sign the delivery receipt. Please be aware to note on the shipping receipt ANY & ALL visible damage to the packaging of your item(s). Even if the damage seems to be minor make sure you report it on the shipping receipt. Noting the condition of the item(s) being delivered is the responsibility of the customer, not the driver. This is extremely important to follow the instructions above if there is any damage to your item(s) to be able to get you replacement parts or product.
Customers who sign for delivery and fail to notate any damage on the delivery receipt for the driver assume responsibility if the merchandise is damaged. If the product is found to be significantly damaged you may refuse delivery. In such rare situations, please notify Mariana Home immediately of such refusal.
All product returns require PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. To receive authorization for product returns for any reason please use our toll free number 1-888-514-1292 where a representative will be able to assist you with this authorization.
DO NOT return merchandise without prior authorization. Items that are returned without prior authorization or that are sent to wrong address are subject to a complete forfeiture of your refund.
Mariana Home will accept returns on merchandise that is unaltered, uninstalled, and in original packaging within 30 days of receipt. (There are some exclusions please see below in section "Exceptions and Items not Eligible for Returns").
Refunds are original payment less shipping and handling, and return shipping fees and will be given once item is inspected and declared to have arrived in all of original packaging without damage. Customer is responsible for any damages that incurred during return.

Unfortunately, under certain circumstances, there are some product are not eligible for product return. These exceptions and items are as follows:
On rare occasions, products purchased from Mariana Home may incur damage in shipping or have a manufacturer defect. In the event that the product you received is damaged or defective, Mariana Home will work diligently to rectify the situation.
Mariana Home requires that any and all product damages or defects be reported within 10 days of receipt. After 10 days Mariana Home reserves the right to decline any requests. If you receive an item that is damaged in any way do not discard any of the packing in which the product was received. Discarding the original packaging of a damaged item may prohibit the return of the item for replacement or compensation. An image of the damaged item will be required.

Every item sold by Mariana Home comes with a manufacturer's one- year warranty that guarantees the electrical functioning of the item. The protection of this warranty is contingent upon the proper installation of the item by a licensed professional.
