1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Mariana Home, 2465 Trade Center Wy, Naples, FL 34109 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are not eligible. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, agencies, and promotional partners, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void outside the eligible area and where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The giveaway begins at 12:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time on October 1, 2026, and ends at 12:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time on October 14, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Both times are noon. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period:
- Visit marianahome.com and complete the official giveaway entry form with your first name, last name, and email address.
- Agree to receive marketing emails from Mariana Home and confirm your subscription using the link in the confirmation email. Email confirmation must be completed by 12:00 p.m. CDT on October 14, 2026, for the entry to be eligible.
- Follow @Mariana_Home on Instagram and remain a follower through the winner announcement. Existing followers qualify if they continue following.
Sponsor may request the potential winner’s Instagram username to verify compliance. Unsubscribing from marketing emails after confirming your subscription will not invalidate an otherwise eligible entry or affect your chances of winning.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Additional submissions do not increase the chances of winning. Entries submitted by bots, scripts, or other automated means, or through multiple accounts to obtain additional entries, are void. Entries must be submitted personally by the entrant. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Entries received outside the Promotion Period, including prelaunch test submissions, are not eligible.

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Mariana Home table lamp of their choice from the following five models:

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize ranges from $489 to $689, depending on the model selected. One lamp will be awarded. No cash payment will be provided for any difference in value between the available models.
No substitutions, transfers, or cash equivalents are permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the selected prize becomes unavailable.
Standard shipping is included at Mariana Home’s expense to the winner’s address within the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. 6. Winner Selection and Odds
One potential winner will be selected by random drawing on the afternoon of Wednesday, October 14, 2026 (Central time), after entries close at noon, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these rules. The winner will be announced after eligibility is verified and the prize is accepted.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email from info@marianahome.com within seven (7) days of the drawing, using the email address supplied during entry. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours after Sponsor sends the notification.
If the potential winner does not respond, cannot be reached, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide information confirming eligibility, including their Instagram username and shipping address, and to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release where permitted by law.

8. Taxes
The winner is responsible for applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will report the prize and request tax documentation as required by applicable law. Any costs not expressly included in the prize description are the winner’s responsibility.
9. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city and state of residence, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without further notice or compensation.
10. General Conditions and Release
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding administration of the giveaway, which are final, subject to applicable law. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if it cannot run as planned due to fraud, technical failure, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and promotional partners from claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for technical, network, or human errors affecting administration of the giveaway.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants provide their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from liability arising from this promotion.
12. Privacy and Marketing Emails
Information collected will be used to administer the giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entry requires agreeing to receive marketing emails from Mariana Home and confirming that subscription by the entry deadline. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Unsubscribing after confirmation will not affect an otherwise valid entry.
13. Disputes and Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these rules are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Collier County, Florida.
